• Yes it is in the handle/base, and it last approximately 2 minutes.. you can brush for 2 minutes, and then it will go right into the flossing. Or you can stop, and rebrush or whatever. In my opinion, it is plenty powerful; I still only use the lowest setting on the power.

• Yes, thwre is a reservoir at the bottom of the brush and it push water out in the last few minutes after initial brushing
