I’ve been using the Soocas NEOS II for about a month and really like it. The toothbrush cleans thoroughly but feels gentle, and the water flosser removes food between teeth better than floss. It’s compact and easy to carry when I travel, unlike my old Waterpik which was bulky. Battery life is great too—I only need to charge about once a month. The toothbrush is really good. It cleans and leaves your teeth and mouth feeling fresh and clean. My only negative thing about is after just one use I have to charge it. Don't know if it's defective. Will probably return and exchange for a new. Would definitely recommend it as a daily routine for brushing.

Gentle on teeth. The water reservoir isn’t big. Has to be refilled often, but it’s easy to do. My teeth feel more clean. My hygenist said I have less tartar build up.

I absolutely love this toothbrush/flosser.... HOWEVER, after about 10 uses, the brush head sprung a leak. a tiny pinhole that shot water opposite the brush, and was a mess. I changed the brush out to the extra brush, and it was fine..HOWEVER, once again after a few uses, it also sprung a leak shooting water out opposite from the brush. I would think the brush heads would last much longer than under a month!! Is this normal? Anyone else?

This is an outstanding product. After just one use, my teeth and gums felt cleaner than they do after a visit to the dentist’s office. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to maintain excellent oral health

Fantastic product! Finally we find a toothbrush that works as intended, if you are on the fance on this one, just buy it, you will not regrate it.

Buttons are in hard to reach places, it’s great if you like cleaning your mirrors off a lot.
