Q: does this product come with a travel case
A: Did not come with a travel case; but the small box helps keep it all together. I would also like a carry case for it.
Q: Where do you buy replacement brush heads?
A: I ordered them on Amazon.. be sure to order soon, I sprung a tiny pin hole leak in the head of the brush... shoots water all over the place with that little pinhole. The extra bush i put in has also sprun a little pinhole in it opposite the brush. I feel like the bushes should last longer than a few weeks... but maybe they were a defect in the pouring of the mold? I am going to try a replacement brush next.
Q: where is water from? is it inside the brush? For how much time?
A: Yes it is in the handle/base, and it last approximately 2 minutes.. you can brush for 2 minutes, and then it will go right into the flossing. Or you can stop, and rebrush or whatever. In my opinion, it is plenty powerful; I still only use the lowest setting on the power.
