Was weird to get used to the feeling at first, but after 2 uses I haven't had a problem. I love that the case charges for travelling and all the different brush settings

Great price on my Philips Sonicare 7100

The first Philips Sonicare i had was 9 years old.Still working but battery life was only lasted 3 to 4 days only. Decided to buy the new Philips Sonicare 7100. Love it better. Big improvements. Brushes even better. Little smaller than i had. Price Little more than the old one. Does a awesome job on my teeth. Very happy with my new one. No regrets. Also it has a charger case when traveling which the old one did not. Always stay with the product.

I like the ease of using for brushing teeth. It cleans better and helps w gums. Also easy to recharge w iPhone charger and it is cordless easy also for travel Dislike ? Can’t think ..

Love that it comes with a rechargeable case and has great features. Favorite one is the notification it gives you for when to move on to the next section of your mouth to clean. Helps promote good dental hygiene.

Love the different cleaning modes. I like the traveling case but it would be cool if there was enough space for the brush cap to fit too. All in all i really like this toothbrush.

I am very disappointed with both this Sonicare toothbrush and the customer service I received. The toothbrush was defective, but when I returned to the retail store where I purchased it, they refused to provide a refund or a reasonable solution. A premium-priced product should be reliable, and customers should be supported when they receive a defective item. Instead, I was left with a product that didn’t work and no help from the store. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this toothbrush or the way this issue was handled. I expected much better quality and much better customer service
