QuestionHello, Will this stacking kit work with washer: WM3050CW and with dryer: DLEX3370W? These units are both white. Will the chrome stacking kit show? Do I need additional rear clearance to accommodate the stacking kit? Thanks!

- Answer You don't need more clearance in the back to use this stacking kit but it is chrome and is very visible taking away the look of your machine. That's what I don't like about it yet it does work well. I don't know if it would fit your model but would recommend calling the maker and inquiring. Hope this helped a bit. The color is what I don't like about it myself as it IS visible.

QuestionWill this stacking kit work with my WM2801HWA and DLEX2801W? On the specs sheet it shows that the WSTK1 stacking kit should work for these units but this model is discontinued.

QuestionHow compatible is this kit?We have an LG WM3988HWA and would like to now buy a dryer. The sales rep at the local store says the kits are not compatible and I would essentially need to buy a new washer as well. But everything I read here says the kit is compatible with most 27" LG machines. Can someone give me a list of dryers that are compatible with my washer and this kit?

- Answer The stacking kit takes no more depth than the machines. It adds less than an inch to the combined height when stacked.

- Answer The current 27" washers and dryers that use the LG 27" Laundry Stacking Kit, Model # KSTK1 that is exactly the same as the now discontinued RSTK1 all have the exact same dimensions as the LG Front Load SteamWasher™ with 9 Washing Programs, Model # WM2487HRM and the LG SteamDryer Electric Dryer, Model # DLEX7177RM which has a depth that is 1/4" deeper than the other units, but if it worked with the RSTK1, then it should work with the KSTK1 because the only difference between the stacking kits is the color. RSTKI is red and KSTK1 is chrome.LG only makes the chrome stacking kit now...^IFV
