QuestionWhere does the stacking brackets go? I see there are chrome and steel brackets available. Are the brackets visible?Where do the stacking brackets go? I assume on the back? I see there are chrome and steel brackets available. Are the brackets visible? I have the LG Washer WM2487HWM and dryer DLE7177WM. I see there are models KSTK1 and SSTK1 that appear to be able to be used for my models and trying to decide which is best. Thanks for the help!

- Answer The brackets go on the top back and side edges of the washer and can be seen from the sides unless yours is in a closet like ours, in which case you barely see the sides anyway.

Questionstacking kit for washer WM1355HWI was advised by LG personnel and other professionals that the stacking kit I needed was the WSTK 1. This is the WRONG kit! I ordered it, unknowingly, and when they brought the washer and dryer to stack it, found out it's for the full size washer not the one I bought!!! AAAAhhhhh... What is the right one? There is another one I've see listed in some places as RSTK1. Is this the right one? Please help!

That information can be on page 26 of the owner's manual for the unit and page 10 has instructions on how to use the stacking kit. The included stacking kit is part number 5001EL2001H. ^CP

- Answer According to an answer from an LG expert on Lg website, this tab in the front center is a bluetooth device that will allow you to control the dryer controls from the washer instead of reaching up to the dryer each time. Ive been looking into switching my stacking kit to this one for that purpose. On the LG thinQ app there was an update to allow dual control, only if you have this kit with that tab in the center front. Hope that helps!
