At a minimum you need the VR headset, Camera and one DS4 (controller that came with your PS4). The Move controllers (sticks with light balls) work for some and are a requirement for very few VR games. There is also a Aim (rifle-like) controller that works with (and is optional) for some games. I bought the Skyrim Bundle which comes with the newer version 2 Headset, Camera and Move sticks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend you google "PlayStation VR: The Ultimate FAQ" to get all the details on what's needed versus what is not. You will need the PS Camera to use PS VR. It’s available separately, or as part of the Bundle. You can also use the older PS Camera and motion controllers (that came out originally for the PS3), which is the reason for the Bundle that includes the camera/controllers and the bundle that just includes the VR headset.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All of the above. VR helmet is for viewing, camera is detection of placement by the PS4, and controllers are for interaction with the game. Some games you can use the normal PS4 controllers though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For the game, the minimum that you need is the VR headset and camera. The move controllers are not needed to play necessarily, but make game play much better. It allows you to use both hands and feel like you are really there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using VR needs 3 main components - audio/visual interface (helmet visor completed with headphones) then camera(s) to capture sensor movement and finally hand devices for further integration, allowing holding, pick up etc. Best value for now is BESTBUY PS4 Bundle - which contains 1-3 minus an actual PS4 player or games like Star Trek Crew.
