“Will the windows collectors edition include the code for the steam platform? or just the microsoft store?”

• On the official website, it says the collectors (Constellation Edition) is only available for Xbox series or Steam. From my understanding if you buy the "Windows Edition" on BestBuy you will be getting a steam key. Called their cu service and they confirmed.

• My pre-order from Bethesda says it is Steam. Best answer I can give here.
