No doubt the larger antenna can capture more satellites at a time (they are in constant motion) and likely not as affected by clouds/storms, which could reduce your speed until it passes. I still get around 270Mbps when it’s cloudy but no rain.
I think the monthly subscription price is somewhat different.

A:AnswerUnfortunately "Yes" the monthly subscription is per Dish. The residential service cannot be "Paused" If you only needed service at one address at a time, a "Roam" package can be paused in one Month billing cycles with no Fee to pause, or reactivate.
A:AnswerI purchased this system for my RV and it works great wherever I go. Easy setup at campsite. I used a ladder pole mount and had to do a little creative cable management to get the cat6 into the camper. I have been to numerous campground where folks just set the unit and router on the ground.
