• Yes as long as used with compatible games (CoD modern warfare/war zone, fortnite, Minecraft, warframe). It will light up but you will not be able to customize the lighting when used with Xbox (same as all other keyboards)

• Yes it does work with Xbox one and the lights will stay on when plugged into the Xbox if the Xbox is on.
