• No you cannot. BUT, you can buy yourself a splitter and use it wired with both the PC and Xbox at the same time. Make sure the splitter you get is long enough, and is 2 female to 1 male. That is, if you're okay with using it wired to get this done. Nice thing about this headset is that it has the wired option available.

• No... it would be SUPER awesome, but not an option. You can have both devices plugged in at the same time but can only alternate between the 2 platforms. There is also a little bit of delay when swapping. The DAC controlls the swap and is really easy to use.
