• Yes it is. Even if you can't connect it through USB there is a AUX connector included

• Yes! I’ve personally used this on the Xbox, though the DAC is not compatible with it.

• if you console has usb and fiber optic audio out yes. i know it works on PS4 and my PS4 pro. i believe my xbox 1 s also had the connections i use on the PS4’s. i use bothe USB power and mic, and fiber optic (audio to DAC) on my setup with PS4 pro. works great on COD, and battle field
