Q: QuestionAre you able to download video files onto a thumb drive and if so what format are they in.

• A:Answer if you download them through the app on a desktop they will download into a directory on your HDD. You can save them as .mp4 format. You would have to copy the HDD file to the thumb drive after saving it. Depending on your system, you may be able to save the file to a thumb drive and save a step.

• A:Answer The Box I recieved had contact info for all the set up help you might need. I would email the company and ask for that info if it can't be located in the box. I'm surprised the install crew couldn't help. That's disappointing.

Q: QuestionCan you use RG6 cable with BNC connectors in lieu of the cables in the box? The house has already been pre wired with power/Cat6 and RG6 at camera locations

Q: QuestionCan the motion sensor and heat system be turned completely off, including the light on the camera? I only want the system for surveillance to check on our horses and do not want lights coming on every time a horse moves at night.

Q: QuestionDo you have any systems that are as follows? wireless to base while powered with external supply? I don't mind connecting to local ac supply via wall warts, transformer if necessary, but don't want to run cables to the base unit?

• A:Answer I have visited Swann's website looking to expand on my 1080p 20 CH system. Although I cannot describe what exactly they offer that may fit your need, I can tell you they offer DVR/Wired camera systems, wifi cameras that work with an app, and I believe they have a wireless hub that the wireless cameras link to. Beyond that, Google and good wordsmith should point you to what you need.

Q: QuestionCan an alarm or some audible alert be set up with this device if motion is detected in one of the zones. Like if sleeping and motion is detected in a zone can a notification be sent or does it just keep recording
