“Can you use RG6 cable with BNC connectors in lieu of the cables in the box? The house has already been pre wired with power/Cat6 and RG6 at camera locations”

Just make sure whatever fittings used share the same Impedence (Ohm rating) used to connect the cameras harness to the RG6. I am unsure of the Impedence of the BNC connector located at the camera or the DVR. So a little research on this is recommended to avoid any issues when connections are made
