“Why are all SD cards formatted internally to 1.49 GB?”

Missing almost all of the memory on every card I use. Question was they are "formatted to 1.49GB total". Only 1.49 GB total being used on 3 different systems. Looks like it may be a FAT 32 only system and 32/16/8 GB cards may work/TBD. All included cards do not work as advertised nor any card I use in it. The remaining 60GBs of space on the card is unusable and inaccessible space. Checked in a computer and this large amount of space can only be restored by using the old DOS tools still in windows and deleting all partitions. The 1.49 GB total formatted space is viewable on a computer.

This is tech industry standard across the board. You will see this with phone memory, dashcams, SD cards, laptop memories, and more. You never get the entire memory amount as some of it is used up for software etc. Hope that helps. LV - Swann Team.
