“I have a older model swann . I want to purchase this new one but i was wondering if they can work with the same existing cables?! I am thinking to change the dvr and cams but keep the existing cables which were already run thru walls. Thank you”

Yes, I used the same cables upon upgrading my system, and they worked fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You have to use higher quality cable compatible with 5 MP cameras. I had to run all new cable...but figured I was going to have to do it eventually anyway.
