“Is it true the minimum operating temperature is only 21.5° F? If it is this system is no good for use in northern climates.”

Hello John, Thank you for reaching out to us. The cameras included in this kit have an operation temperature of -22°F ~ 122°F / -30°C ~ 50°C. We do not recommend operating the cameras outside of this temperature. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. JV Swann Customer Support
