Hi Vivian. For the NVR unit itself, you can create different user logins if you wish to via its settings menu. For access to your system from the Swann Security smartphone App, you would need to share your app email address and password with other family members and then they can login to your app account on their own phones. There is no limit to how many phones can login to the same account. -SD, Swann team
