“two bikes were sent out, both have bad low voltage sectors bikes ,sent back. High voltage fine. How can I get a bike sent out that was a fully functioning battery?”

• I maybe in same boat but im insuring its not battery related on mine. Just sux i dont have an official electric hub bike shop around me.
