  • QuestionWould the bike fit a large adult say 200 lb

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Sure will. I am 6'0" and 200 lbs and find it very comfortable. The long seat allows you to stretch out your legs. You can go up some steep hills if you use pedal assist. Mild hills just on throttle.

  • QuestionCan it fit more than one person?

    Asked by Snakeboi.

    • Answer Hello! Thanks for reaching out to SWFT. Our ZIP e-bike is UL2489 safety-tested for single-rider use only. It is not recommended that you ride with 2 people. Foot pegs are not included on the ZIP e-bike. The ZIP is meant for one passenger with a maximum load weight of 265 lbs. We do not recommend having a passenger sit behind the rider, but will absolutely keep passenger bikes in mind as we expand our range.

  • Questioncan the seat be adjusted ? Im 6 foot tall 30 inseam

    Asked by joesph.

    • Answer No. It is not adjustable. BUT, I have a 30 inseam and the seat height is perfectly fine. My only gripe is the seat width which makes pedaling less than optimal in terms of comfort. Major drawback I’ve found is my inability to source a spare battery through Best Buy.

  • QuestionWhat is the maximum speed it will go uphill?

    Asked by Tony.

    • Answer This question is subjective. The grade of the hill and the weight of the rider greatly effects the speed. I have a slight grassy incline that I go up. Unfortunately, I don't know the grade but I'd say 5°-10°. If I'm above 15mph, the speed doesn't drop. Below that the speed drops. If it's less than 5mph, the bike struggles. I weigh ~200lbs.

  • QuestionWhat is the water resistance rating?

    Asked by Steve.

    • Answer Hello! SWFT's e-bikes are tested to UL2849, which puts them at an IPX4 rating, which is splash proof / water-resistant. The bikes are tested for safety for wet road conditions, but we do not recommend long exposure to water. It is recommended that your e-bike is stored in a dry location to prevent water damage to electronic components on your e-bike.

  • QuestionHave any of you gotten 37 miles? ????????????????????? bike from January to now have 400 flat miles. get 4mile round trip out the battery where the bars half. I change out the battery to a fully charged battery and go on another 4mile round trip.

    Asked by Mini.

    • Answer It’s because on flat ground you have to constantly pedal AND use battery to fight the rolling resistance of the fat tires(draining both you and your battery) this bike does better on hilly areas letting you fly up the hills using assist mode without draining your legs then gravity cruise down the hill saving you and the battery(with the occasional throttle only to power through some spots). Either way, expect 25 miles total on a charge for hills or flat, assist or throttle, the max is about 25 miles(that’s if you pedal ALOT)
