No. It is not adjustable. BUT, I have a 30 inseam and the seat height is perfectly fine. My only gripe is the seat width which makes pedaling less than optimal in terms of comfort. Major drawback I’ve found is my inability to source a spare battery through Best Buy.

I never tried but I don’t think it’s going to , When i was 14 years old i was have a bike with a set like that, it’s very very comfortable Good luck
