- Answer very little assembly required. I had to put pedals on, and simply adjust the handle bars a little. Then tighten all bolts.

Questionlooking for a bike rack/hitch for rear of car- probably two bikes and other bike would be a cruiser or something- not an e-bike- any recomendations- also if back of the car can lift up with bike rack on it, would be great and of course easy to take off

- Answer Hi there. When fully assembled, the ZIP is 28 inches wide by the handlebars, 43.3 inches tall from floor to top of handlebar, and 65.4 inches from front to back. It weighs 66 lbs. QuestionI am little bit skeptical about purchasing the Swift Zip e bike for the reason that my height is about 5'2. Would this bike be suitable for someone my height.

- Answer The Zip Bike is incredible. So well built and easy to ride. However, my wife is 5' 3" and is too tall for her. The seat is not adjustable and she is barely able to touch the ground with 1 foot while leaning the bike to one side. I had to return hers.

- Answer You do not have to buy the same lcd. You can hook up many different kinds. Just do research on settings for a 500 watt motor and 48 volt battery.

QuestionCan you ride with a passenger? And if so, do they sell pegs?

- Answer Hey! The ZIP is meant for for one passanger with a maximum load weight of 265 lbs. Pegs are not able to be attached however we will absolutely keep this in mind as we continue to improve on our products. Let us know if you have any other questions.
