Hi there. The recommended minimum rider height is 5'5" for the ZIP. Here at SWFT headquarters, we have 5'3" members of our team who feel that the ZIP's long bench seat may be uncomfortable for when you want to ride the e-bike as a normal 6-speed bike. Hope this helps!

No I think seat is very uncomfortable. It's give me back pain alot so I will not prefer
