“How many degrees does the swivel turns in either direction?”

• I didn't test it, but I'm thinking it would go all the way around in either direction. Furniture is against a wall now, so I can't check it.

• The swivel mechanism was totally uncooperative during the assembly process, so we omitted that piece and continued with the top shelf. It still will swivel, but since I don't need that feature, I don't do it.
