I have a $3/month prepaid plan with T-mobile that includes 30 minutes OR texts (e.g. 30 minutes, 0 texts, 30 texts 0 minutes, 15 of each, etc.) and 10 cents per minute/text beyond that. I'm using in an old Nokia brick phone with that "plan" which is pretty perfect for an emergency only phone. I've used my SIM with that plan interchangeably in a couple different phones and I'm sure it would work with this one. I just buy the refill cards whenever I need to add minutes. The card says the minutes are good for 90 days, so I typically buy them in $10 increments (i.e. 100 texts/minutes at a time). Hope that helps.
