Call quality is excellent. Hands free speaker volume is good. Ease of use is good. The battery lasts about three days. Can walk around with it in my pocket without worrying about butt dialing someone since when the case is closed the phone will not dial. There is no HEADPHONE JACK.

I love flip phones. I don't need that "smart phone" stuff. They are nothing but computers with a phone in....And they sound terrible. Plus why pay all that money for a phone that is sooo easy to lose or have stolen....who wants a flip? hahahha. It talks to you tells who is calling...what button you pushed and it even reads your text messages to you... it is easy to use. I actually ordered another one for later. Don't know how long ya can get "flips" and was a great deal.

My mother tried a smart phone, but just couldn't master it, so she wanted to go back to a flip... There aren't many choices, but this one seems the best- large numbers, simple to use, not a lot of complicated features. Just the basics done for ease of use!

I bought this as an emergency phone for my middle school child. It seem durable and is easy to work. The best feature: it chirps loudly when the battery is low - I thought it was my smoke alarm battery. No more dead battery when the phone is needed!!!

The item is really worth the price, it's handy and I like the flip models. Performance is also good, looks Eligant. Since it has talk command button sometimes you press unknowingly as a call disconnect button as they are adjacent to each other.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this phone. Really, my only complaint is that the number keys can at times be a hard to use. More differentiation between the keys would have been good. Otherwise, the sound quality is pretty good, and the phone gets decent signal strength. If you need a basic, non-smart phone for a reasonable price, this is probably a good purchase.

I am happy with the phone and although it is old school, it does what I need it to do, make and receive calls. Although I love tech and tech gadgets I do not want all my tech rolled into one, so to speak. It is also easy to silence, and many of the features are intuitive, which meant it took less time to get familiar with its use.

Good basic Phone. Clear sound and has a decent enough camera. Battery life is pretty good. Has all the basic functions you would need from a cell phone. You can even get online if needed. Texting could be challenging if your not used to doing it old school.

This is a basic flip phone that works for calls and texts. There is nothing fancy about this phone. The BB price was right and overall I'm satisfied with it for how we use it. There were cheap prepaid android smartphones also available for similar price or a little bit more, but I chose this one because the line we use this phone with is one is for very occasional calling, and we had no need for smartphone features on this line. If you just want a simple, cheap phone just to make calls with (and the occasional text), and you want a battery that will go a week or longer, this fits the bill. If you need any smart functionality or will be texting a lot look elsewhere.

Mom (68...shhhh, I didn't tell you that) wanted a basic phone like she use to have and not have to deal with all the extras and silly stuff that come with most our smartphones these days. When she goes out she has other things she wants to enjoy and computer time is for home for her. She just wants a phone to make calls and be able to call if she has an emergency without worries of contracts etc. Done Deal, easy choice! She loves it.

I got this phone for my dad. He's old school when it comes to a cell phone. He loves this flip phone because it's easy to use and has a screen where he can put a small picture, has the time, and let's you see a missed call or who's calling. It's a basic phone that gets the job done. Plus the camera is easy to use for someone that just needs to have a phone to talk. Very durable and great price!!!

Good phone for the basics. Even the camera is decent enough considering. You can even connect online with it if its completely necessary and you have the patience. Very compact and My daughter who averages 2 weeks before breaking a phone hasn't managed to do so yet and we're already past the month thresh hold. Strong little phone. Does the job.

I bought this phone for my husband who wants nothing to do with the latest i phones. He wanted a simple flip-phone to use when he's out about in his truck and only for emergencies. Bought the cheapest plan at T-Mobile, you buy 1,000 mins. for $100 and each year you can roll over any minutes you have by simply buying 25 mins and rolling over the rest. Nice quality phone, lots of features for being such a simple phone. We like how you can see the time thru a little window on the front part of the phone. The flip part of the phone (the top cover) keeps the phone part nice and clean. I used one of my Best Buy coupons, making the price even better. I highly recommend this phone. :)

I will take this over any smart phone including the IPHONE. Why? Because it looks, feels , and acts like what it's suppose to be , and that is a phone. People on the other end of the phone can actually hear me. What a pleasant surprise. And it's nice not to have to charge it each and every night. Excellent product

I was looking for a simple cellphone for my grandmother. The T-Mobile Prepaid - LG 450 does everything that was needed for my grandmother, simple layout and good call quality on the T-mobile network. I would definitely recommend it for someone who just needs a basic cellphone and doesn't need a lot of features.

This LG phone is perfect for the traditionalist who wants Bluetooth and camera capability, with other options for expanded wireless service such as email and internet access. It is easy to use for calling and texting and works well.

Two issues were that the outer screen cracked immediately and I barely used it, but that screen is not important.
The other issue is that if you plug it into a PC it only charges, it cannot communicate. So you cannot swipe pics between the devices.
You need to send pics to see them.
