This phone works great and it is used for what it was intended to do, make phone calls. Didn't need a fancy smartphone just something reliable to get in touch with loved ones.

I bought this phone for my mother who is 94. The phone seems OK; good battery life and ease of use. My only gripe is the audio quality and loudness. The ring tones could be louder, too. I am getting on in years and my hearing has deteriorated, however, my old phone is over ten years old and I can still hear voices clearly and the ring tone wakes me up from a deep sleep. The LG audio is muddy, if that makes any sense. Fortunately,, my mother seems OK with it so far and that is what counts.

This phone is perfect for my grandma who isn't into the tech world. I was a little hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if it would work with a regular sim card, but I was told it will and it did. Perfect for someone who needed a flip phone.
