• No. When you purchase the phone it comes with the sim card but you have to buy the plan . It depends on what you can afford for the moment. And then they can add it to you phone at the time of purchase. From there what ever amount you choose that's what you will have to put on the phone each money.

• No.. Just phone and sim.. You are free to select prepaid or postpaid plans

• The phone comes with a sims card. I can't really answer your question but I put the SIM card in and went on line to transfer my phone service and kept my number
