“Unlock SIM I´ve bought this phone, because I´ve read that I can unlock the SIM card and use the phone with an Argentinian company. The phone have installed the app to unlock, but It doesn´t work ! I took it to a place where unlock phones, but they told me that they can´t found the code, because it´s made in Haiti. I wanted to know how can I solve this problem. I am in Argentina and I can´t use it.”

• At & t has to unlock. ..if u purchased it new there should not be a charge to do so. Call them.

• You have to be on the T-Mobile service for at least three months then you'll be able to unlock it
