Hello, Aqara products can be used by both IOS and Android phones. The distance from hub is suggested to be within 7-10 meters. After the Temperature and Humidity Sensor is connected successfully and before it is installed, press the button of the Temperature and Humidity Sensor, if the Hub makes a voice prompt "Normal link confirmed", current location is proper; if the Hub doesn't make a voice prompt, move the Temperature and Humidity Sensor closer to the Hub and try again.
