    • Answer Hello dear customer, T1 Temperature and Humidity Sensor is a Zigbee protocol product, which require a Aqara Hub product to be connect to home wifi by using Aqara Home APP, and then you may sync Aqara device into third party platform like Google/Alexa/Homekit by following steps: go to Profile -> click "Homekit" or “Connect to Ecosystems” and then select third party platform.

    • Answer Hello, Aqara products can be used by both IOS and Android phones. The distance from hub is suggested to be within 7-10 meters. After the Temperature and Humidity Sensor is connected successfully and before it is installed, press the button of the Temperature and Humidity Sensor, if the Hub makes a voice prompt "Normal link confirmed", current location is proper; if the Hub doesn't make a voice prompt, move the Temperature and Humidity Sensor closer to the Hub and try again.
