I have them mounted on the wall rather than the stand alone stands and they work perfect! I’ve definitely noticed a change in my thermostat’s temperature accuracy. Love how small and simple they look when placed upon the wall, doesn’t stand out and look like an eyesore. I like this concept. Ecobee goes a step further than the Nest Temp sensors i had. You could program the Nest Thermostat to run a schedule off their temp sensors. Ecobee has occupancy temp sensors and a follow me feature that allows the thermostat to detect the rooms your using to adjust the temperature.

Great addition for Ecobee 4 thermostat users. Place these small remote sensors where you spend the most time. They detect when you're in range and optimize comfort for that area. My local utility offers an Eco+ plan that offers lower rates to participants who decide to economize during peak use periods. It's a great, automatic way to save money every month.
