Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bestbuy definitely wont help you with this. I had to spend literally a whole friday trying to talk to them. You need to save all receipts and emails to bestbuy and then contact Bandai Namco management. They took a week but finally sent me a code as Bestbuy botched preorders for this game and washed their hands of it saying not their problem. Just dont preorder from them in the future, they dont have any idea what they are doing at this store which is why bestbuy is always my last choice for buying anything.
