“I received my unit and I was wondering if there was only one peg to keep the gray panel at the length you want them? I lost mine and don’t see anymore.”

The small plastic peg that comes with the window sliders is used to secure the panels during shipping. The unit should also have come with a small bag containing the screws used to secure the slider panels during installation. If the screws are missing and purchased new, we would love the opportunity to look into this for you and gather more information to see how we can best assist you.
