Q: QuestionI received my unit and I was wondering if there was only one peg to keep the gray panel at the length you want them? I lost mine and don’t see anymore.

• A:Answer The small plastic peg that comes with the window sliders is used to secure the panels during shipping. The unit should also have come with a small bag containing the screws used to secure the slider panels during installation.
