• Yes.Tcl.com has a manual for free will tell everything.

• All of our TCL Roku TVs have a Roku Media Player pre-installed, and can be located on the Home screen. The Roku Media Player allows you to access the files on your USB drive. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
