I listened to almost every sound bar at Best Buy they had plunged in, after a month of reading reviews both customer as well as C Net and Other top reviewers I knew before going in that the Polk Magnifi Max was on top of my list. After listening to them all including a sales associate that knew his business I bought it on sale with $100 off. The sound is clean and clear and with the voice control no more turning up the volume to hear what they are saying. if you like Bass the bar will not only rattle the walls but the entire house! In the price range nothing compared, the only one that blew it away was a Bose that was well over $800. With easy ARC HDMI one cable connection setup was a breeze. Best Buy didn’t have the SR1 rear surround speakers but found them for $150 compared to the Sony $299 and $500 for the sub the choice was obvious to me. I would recommend the Polk Magnifi Max SR to anyone looking for a bar and sub with rears, you have a truly top notch Pluck with 5.1 surround for the price range...
