If I had already pre ordered this game (physical version). a few weeks ago, will I still be eligible to receive the art print? null

I chatted with customer service and asked this same question. I was told I didn’t qualify since I preordered before it was added to the listing and if I wanted the art print I would have to cancel my current preorder and repurchase. I didn’t want to go through the trouble since I got amiibo with my game and worried it would somehow also be cancelled. It sucks for those of us who are extremely excited about the game and preordered in a more timely manner.

I received an email saying they included in my preorder I didn't know it was announced. I doubled check its there in my orders. Also to note Pre order the day after the direct.

I just received an email about my order "not containing the Tears of the Kingdom GWP" and that it has been added to my order free of charge. Looks like they are retroactively adding the Print to pre-orders made before the announced pre-order extra

Every time I've pre-ordered a game, and they later announced a bonus, I received an email from Best Buy stating that they've added it to my order at no charge. I've never not had this happen automatically.

In fact, I received such an email for this game today, and I didn't even know about the bonus.

In response to the other answer - who said they didn't want to cancel and reorder because they could lose the amiibo that was part of the same order ---- each item in an order has its own cancel option and will not affect the other items on the order. If you make sure you only cancel the game, you will still receive the amiibo. I was in the same situation, and my amiibo is still coming after cancelling the game. Hope that helps.

Pretty sure you will not receive the art print if you ordered the game before the print was announced. It shows up as a separate item on your order, and older orders do not include it. But copies are still available, so you can always cancel your preorder and make a new one. It will cost the same and will include the art print. That's what I did.
