• Absolutely, oh yes you can since Peter Jackson remastered LOTR in 4K.

• Not yet, I wish. I thought it was already available but it comes out next year 2021; to mark the 20th Anniversary of the release of LOTR.

• Not yet (as of May 2020) but reportedly Warner is working on bringing both versions of the LOTR trilogy (theatrical & extended) and the Hobbit trilogy to 4k.

• Unfortunately not yet, but considering how popular LOTR still is Warner Brothers will likely have a 4K anniversary release sometime in 2021 I'd guess.
