I use it on my feet, legs, glutes, back, arms, hands, chest, and neck. The Dampener attachment is the one I use almost every day. I drive for work, but when I get to the location I may have to stand for most of the time as I swap hoses around. Makes me rest and use parts of my body afterwards. Makes me knot up, but after I work on myself with Theragun. I get instant results.
