A: Shoulders are tricky. Although I've not had mine replaced, I have had two rotator cuff & one bicep tendon repair done.. Depending on your activity level once you're discharged from PT, I would think you would be fine to use it. However, be certain to check w/ your doctor and physical therapist, to be certain you have no restrictions.
A: Sounds like a faulty connection. I would try to get it replaced while it’s under warranty. Mine charges pretty fast. I’ve had no problems with mine.
