Q: What is the amplitude for this massager?
A: The amplitude of the Hypervolt 2 is 12mm.
Q: What is the stall force of this massager?
A: I am not sure the exact number. I weigh almost 200 lbs, and I was able to put it under my thigh and apply pressure to get it deeper. It never slowed nor stalled. It made my whole leg numb after 10 minutes of how deep the massage was going.

A: I have the same issue. Will not turn on if I disconnect. The green lights do come on if connected, but only for a few seconds then goes dead. Device does not work at all. Arghhh!! Any suggestions appreciated
