Sounds like a faulty connection. I would try to get it replaced while it’s under warranty. Mine charges pretty fast. I’ve had no problems with mine.

If the green light has been slowly pulsing for 6 hours and the device still won’t turn on, there may be an issue with the charger, cable, power source, or the unit itself. Make sure you’re using a USB-C cable and a charger that provides sufficient power, and try a different outlet if possible. If the light continues pulsing and the device won’t operate after an extended charge, I’d recommend contacting Therabody support or exchanging the unit, as it may be defective.
