“Just purchased a theragun. Purchased a usb-c charger. The green light on the back of the unit fades on an off and has done so for 6 hours. The unit will not operate. How long does it take to charge the unit?”

Sounds like a faulty connection. I would try to get it replaced while it’s under warranty. Mine charges pretty fast. I’ve had no problems with mine.

If the green light has been slowly pulsing for 6 hours and the device still won’t turn on, there may be an issue with the charger, cable, power source, or the unit itself.
