Yes! this works pretty well on my glutes and back of legs to release tension without being an impact gun.

Yes I put this right on my nerve and it stimulates the muscle and nerve on my lower back , side , center of spine. I use this on an injury area on my shoulder , also my elbow from injury. This takes the pain away in 20 min. And I am able to keep up on my routine that I have. This peanut is better than words can say!!!
