To my surprise this helps my neck and traps more than anything else I have bought. I just put it under my neck when I lay down and although it doesn’t feel like much I can tell the difference when I’m done. For some reason I feel like this could offer maybe a stronger vibrating function or different options on how it vibrates to sooth my aches and pains.

As a truck driver, this massager really makes a big difference for me. It’s excellent — lightweight, easy to use, and powerful enough to relieve tension after long hours on the road. I even use it while driving to massage my lower back, which helps a lot. Totally worth it!

This was an add on item at Best Buy and a real deal. I bought it because it was a deal- I just love this device. Easy to use, light weight, provides some real relief to achy muscles and joints and cramps. This is fabulous and no learning curve at all. You can use the Therabody app and it enhances the variety of use for the device. Great little product.

This has been a great tool to use to relieve the pinching pain in my neck and my lower back. It's easy to use, the battery has lasted a long time and it travels easy. Love it!

Multiple settings and strong vibration. A bit tough for back rolling.

I bought this device to perform a massage in the areas of the back and arms, it was an excellent product because it provides different pleasant speeds without being as strong as the most models for sports massage

Compact, yet still strong enough to work out the knots in the muscles. Includes a handy cloth carrying bag for travel. Works well on the neck when lying flat. Only improvement would be an option for a replaceable/swappable rechargeable battery.

Good for rolling against my neck and spine. Fits comfortably, just wish I could go one click lower in intensity when using on the neck area.

The Theragun Wave Duo is a smart vibrating roller that helps you relax and recover your muscles. It has a peanut shape that fits on your neck, spine, and back. It has five vibration settings that you can control with a button or an app. I liked the Wave Duo a lot. It made me feel more flexible and less sore. I ended up buying 4 of these as gifts because i love it so much.

TLDR - this is too firm and vibrates vs massages. We have "the gun" and my wife liked using the roller version of this for her IT-bands and her calves. Using this peanut version disappointed her. I like using a hard roller and lacrosse balls for my back and glutes. This peanut was too firm for my back and not versatile enough (for me) elsewhere. Also, with this device you get more of a vibration with limited massaging effect. I returned it, despite getting a great deal for it.

I have other products and love this one where I do not need to hold on. I can put under knee.

Great for calves and mid back!! I prefer this over the wave roller.
