• You have connected your camera to a constant power source. You need to find a source which turns off with the ignition key.

• Hello There, When using the 12V Car Charger, If you have an always-on 12V Outlet in the vehicle the Dash Cam will not power off with the ignition. You will need to manually unplug the Dash Cam to avoid battery drain. For your vehicle the Hardwiring or OBD-II Power Cables will be ideal.
