• Hi There, Unfortunately using the devices WiFi you will be unable to download to your computer. To do so, you will have to take out the SD and insert into your computer.

• Yes. The Thinkware Dashcam has a wifi linking program to send it to your cell phone, so it should also be able to be downloaded to your laptop as well. It works well on my Android phone. It should b explained in your owner's manual. Best Buy put mine in, and linked it to my phone for me.
