Hello There, When the device enters Parking Mode, it goes into a sleep-like state in which the WiFi Network and the Buttons are disabled. Therefore in Parking Mode you will be unable to connect to the WiFi Network.

No. Wifi is for getting the videos directly to the phone or test the video rather to internet directly. All integrations are through phone only or through your memory card.
