I have no issue with connecting via WiFi and downloading. However, I find it much quicker to just to take the card out and view and download. I haven't even updated the firmware yet. Are you connecting to the thinkware WiFi?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem. I use an iPhone 6 with the app and it stays on for me okay. I usually just take out the memory card when i want to review something and play it on my PC. It does work on the phone though with the WiFi connection, just seems to load the phone memory and I don't have a lot of memory room on my phone, so i avoid that. Good luck.
