Since you mention not being interested in park recording, you can use just your cigarette lighter and be good to go. Some cars are different though with how long the lighter stays powered after turning the car off. The vehicle I installed this in (Hyundai) would shut power off with the car. However, like my car (Ford), where I installed a Thinkware Q800 Pro, it stays powered on even after leaving the car and uses the built-in “battery saver“ to power off when it detects your battery at a certain voltage. I believe the F200 has that battery saver option as well. Hope this helps.
